Selain berbasikal Cyclist dan Coach perlu handal dalam BIDANG UNDANG-UNDANG BERBASIKAL UCI agar tidak melakukan kesalahan yang tidak di jangka seperti Langkawi Criterium (Harrif Salleh from Malaysia Team).

Some of malaysian commisaire are sucks! as if the race is about them not about the riders. Hell to them! only handfull are the best in malaysia. haji fazin, jamaluddin, minhat and ishak. most of the new one are full of crap!
if that's the case..somebody should stand and informed the employer of what they (the new) is lacking.
